What I collect
When you submit the interest form I collect the information you enter: name, work email, company, role, company size, the situation you describe and any notes. I also record the page you were on and the campaign source (UTM parameters) so I know which channel brought you here. Please do not include patient information or other protected health information in the form.
How I use it
To reply to your request, to schedule a call if you want one, and to send a short series of follow-up emails about the readiness audit. You can stop those at any time by replying "stop" or using the link in the email. I do not sell or rent your information.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in my customer relationship system (GoHighLevel) and this site is hosted on Vercel. Both act as processors on my behalf.
